When we started Libero Aankoop, we asked ourselves a simple question. Why does a home buyer keep so little money in their own pocket? Traditional agents often handle both the sale and the purchase of homes. That clashes with your interests as a buyer.
That's why we only work for the buyer. We never have conflicting interests in a deal. That keeps our buyer's agent sharp when negotiating on your behalf, all the way down to the lowest possible price.
We don't work with commission, but with a fixed base fee of € 1.795,-. If we manage to buy below the asking price, you also pay a 10% performance bonus on the negotiation result. It's that simple.

Through our property alert, you sometimes see new listings up to 48 hours before they appear on Funda. That gives you the first chance at a viewing and a winning offer. If an offer gets rejected, we simply keep going until it works out.
