Whether you're a first-time buyer, a mover, an expat, or buying new-build: our base rate is the same for almost all clients. You pay a fixed base rate of € 1.795,- including VAT, regardless of the purchase price. If we manage to buy below the asking price, a 10% success fee applies on the negotiation result achieved. Different rates may apply for a select group of clients.
